The Shop.app app itself is okay, I dont really have any big issues with it. But the sellers are kinda hit or miss honestly. A couple of my orders showed up totally fine, but one took forever and the updates werent super helpful. Not a bad experience overall, just really depends on who youre buying from

"Useful idea, but the tracking can be spotty"
I like the idea of the shop app. It’s nice having some of my orders in one place, and the app itself looks clean, which I appreciate. But the carrier coverage is really hit or miss. A few of my packages either don’t update at all or just show up as unknown because the courier isn’t supported, which kind of defeats the purpose, honestly. Then I end up copying the tracking number and checking it myself anyway. If it worked with more local and smaller carriers, I’d probably use it a lot more. Right now it feels helpful sometimes, but only about halfway there.

Shop.app is good for finding stuff, and sometimes the recommendations are actually things I’d buy, especially from stores I’ve shopped at before. But other times it feels kinda random, like it’ll show me something I clicked once or stuff that’s not really my size or style. It’s not bad overall, I just wish it paid a little more attention to what I actually shop for.

"Frustrating Support Experience"
I had a problem with an order and tried to dispute it through the shop app, but it was such a hassle. It took forever to get any kind of response, and even then, nothing really got fixed. I felt like I was just being passed around in circles with no actual help. If this is how issues are handled, I’m probably done using the app and will take my orders somewhere else.

I had an issue with my order tracking and reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. They were friendly enough, so that helped, but something about it just felt a bit slow overall

Changing my address usually works okay, but the payment cards don’t always update as smoothly. Sometimes it just gets a little messy and I have to go back in to fix it.

I was just trying to buy something, but Shop.app Pay kept jumping in and making the whole thing more complicated. it asked for codes, had the wrong saved info, and I had to keep backing up just to switch my card. checkout should be quick and easy, but this felt kind of messy. I ended up giving up and using guest checkout instead

I mostly use the shop app to track my packages, it’s kind of a blessing in the middle of delivery madness. Most of my orders just magically show up in the app without me having to hunt anything down, which feels like a small miracle. The layout is super simple, so I’m not wandering through a maze just to find tracking info. The only drama is that sometimes the tracking updates take forever, or it clings to old info like it’s guarding a secret. Overall though, it works well for me. Not perfect, but way better than digging through a mountain of emails and random shipping links.

I like the idea of being able to split up payments, and the checkout itself was easy at first. But once I tried using shop Pay installments, things got messy. The charges looked off, the app didn’t clearly explain what was happening, and support kept bouncing me between the store and the lender without really helping. The payment dates were confusing too, and I still ended up getting hit with a fee. It’s a convenient option in theory, but after this experience, I probably won’t use it again.

As someone who tries to budget carefully, this was really frustrating. The price looked fine at first, but then extra fees kept popping up for things I thought would be included. By the end, it felt like I was paying way more than expected. I don’t mind paying for a good service, but I really don’t like feeling nickel-and-dimed

I never got any real shipping updates, which was really frustrating. I kept checking to see where my order was, but there was barely any information. What made it worse was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for the issue, the seller, the warehouse, or the shipping company. Everyone seemed to point somewhere else, and I was left guessing.

I sent in my return and then waited for the refund that, shockingly, never showed up. Customer service basically ignored the whole thing, which was super helpful if the goal was to make me regret buying anything in the first place. Great experience if you enjoy chasing your own money

I use Shop on both the website and the app, and it works fine most of the time. If I check an order on desktop, it usually shows up on my phone too, and the tracking info matches. Every now and then it takes a minute to refresh, so I’m blaming the app for making me impatient, but it’s never been a huge issue. Overall, it’s handy — I just wish the syncing was a little quicker sometimes.

I was checking an order one day and noticed something felt a little off with the link I’d received. Thankfully, the Shop.app app flagged it before I clicked around too much, which made me feel a lot better. I did still get one strange message from a seller that slipped through, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it helped me avoid what could’ve been a sketchy situation. Giving it 4 stars.

"Pretty secure and easy enough"
I’ve used Shop.app a handful of times now, and the payment part feels secure to me. Nice it is not having to type my card info on every site, and checkout goes fast. I also get alerts and order updates, which is helpful. Sometimes the updates take a little while to show up, but overall I trust it enough and keep using it.

I kept getting random notifications that didn’t seem to have anything to do with my actual order, which was frustrating. The communication wasn’t clear at all, so I had no idea what I was supposed to pay attention to. I ended up turning the notifications off quickly because they were more annoying than helpful.

I used shop to keep tabs on an order coming from overseas. It did the job, but the tracking updates were a bit late, and support took a while to get back to me. Not a total mess or anything, just feels like it could be way better for international orders
